Even though we oftentimes are our own worst critic, we also get let down by placing expectations on others.

Last week we had a great discussion on setting expectations versus setting intentions. If you haven't had a chance to listen to it yet, listen to it here. Today we're going to continue that conversation by talking about the expectations we place on others. Whether family members, colleagues, friends, and even strangers,  we may have expectations about how they're supposed to act or the way in which they are to do things.  Many times our expectations of them are based on how we are feeling ourselves.  Let's continue our conversation on expectations this week by listening to our Get Your Mind On on Expectations of Others.
