Welcome to 2020!
I'm so glad to be back with you this week. Thank you for allowing me to take some time to prioritize my time on taking care of the new things in my life (more on those to come soon). This week I want to talk to you about Renewing Your Mindset. I'm sure you've seen dozens of emails motivating you to get fit this year, eat better or how to set your goals. While this can be productive for us, it's important to remember to keep your focus on what’s best for you and not to carry the guilt of not accomplishing a goal.
