Is being sidetracked always negative? Not necessarily. I'm sure many of you get frustrated when you're so close to completing a project and a coworker asks for a document that needs to be finished right now. Or maybe you're at home and your kids suddenly decide to tell you that they need your help on homework that was assigned a week ago and of course is due tomorrow.
