Is there clarity in the conversations you have? Do you know when someone says something, what they really mean or what you think they mean?
I continue to share content on communication as it is important in our work environments, families, and friends that there is understanding. When someone misinterprets something you say, the meaning completely changes. No matter how large your company is, unless the strategy is clear and what a strategy, the team won’t be able to stretch toward a common goal. When you are interviewing a candidate, are you really drilling down to understand what they mean or take it for face value? Slow down and take time for clarity. In the long run, it will lead to more productive performance and better understanding.
