Have you been ever thought about how you may be wrong in a situation?

As you ideate on that question, I hope you enjoyed our conversation last week about psychological safety. We’re going to continue on a similar subject today as we think about intellectual humility. I’m sure many of you have worked with people who have a hard time being humble and admitting they’ve provided inaccurate data or messed up a decision on a project. How can we create a culture that builds people up for admitting mistakes and stewarding them toward finding a better resolution? In this week’s episode, I want you to think about how you can find better intellectual humility in your own life and create a culture of safety where more innovation and safety can exist.
